Privacy Notice
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This notice explains how Avanor Solutions ("Avanor", "we", "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit avanor.solutions, book a conversation, or contact us.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details and the information included in a meeting request or message. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate the site, such as device, browser and security-log data. We do not run advertising or analytics pixels on this site.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and arrange requested meetings.
- To understand whether our services are a fit for your business.
- To protect the site, prevent abuse and maintain our records.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Where required by law, our basis is your request for information or a meeting, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, compliance with law, or your consent.
Scheduling and service providers
We use Calendly to provide scheduling. Calendly processes the information you enter in its scheduler under its own privacy notice. The scheduler is optional and is loaded only after you choose to load it; you may instead contact us by email. Our hosting provider may process technical data needed to deliver and secure the site.
Sharing and international transfers
We share personal information only with service providers that help us host the site, communicate with you or schedule a meeting, where required by law, or in connection with a lawful business transfer. Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where a transfer mechanism is required, we use an appropriate safeguard available to us.
Retention
We keep enquiry and meeting information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We generally review inactive prospect records within 24 months of the last meaningful contact.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your information, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email us from the address connected to your request. You may also have the right to complain to a relevant privacy regulator.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to protect information, but no internet service is completely secure. Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The current version will always be posted here with its updated date.
